Our leadership
MAHELJO is led by a team with more than 28 years of experience in information technology and telecommunications systems, built in the demanding environment of the oil and gas industry and in multicultural settings across several countries.
Over the course of that career, this leadership directed information technology for an international business unit in the oil and gas sector, with operations in Angola, the Republic of the Congo and Houston - managing multicultural teams, digital transformation programmes, the deployment of 4G/LTE networks across offshore oil fields, and the establishment of international submarine cable links. It served on IT governance bodies and held responsibilities in information risk management, reliability and operational excellence.
That experience extends to the implementation of FWA solutions using V-band mmWave technology, in the 60 GHz spectrum, in the Caribbean - specifically in Trinidad and Tobago - as well as technical surveys carried out on site in Timor-Leste and remotely for locations such as the Philippines and Grenada.
Today, alongside projects in other regions of the world, MAHELJO is available for new projects in Africa, with particular focus on the markets of Angola, the Republic of the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
